No Medical Advice: The App is a self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.

• Account Information: Your name and email address obtained when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Account Details: Your age and gender after you sign in with Google or Apple for the first time.
• Nutrition Data: Meals and ingredients you manually enter or mark as consumed. Meals are user-created, while foods are provided by the App as a predefined list.
• Sun Exposure Data: The duration of sun exposure you record using the manual stopwatch feature.

We do not collect additional personal information unless you choose to provide it.

Device & Usage Data (including IP address)

When you use the App, we collect basic technical information for security and operational purposes, which may include your device/app identifiers, the date/time of requests, request metadata, and the IP address used to access the App. These server logs are kept separate from your data and are not used to personalize content.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and provide secure authentication.
• Track your nutrition habits and estimate potential vitamin D production based on your logged sun exposure.
• Provide tracking features that display your progress and descriptive summaries.
• Generate informational estimates based solely on your manually entered data.
• Communicate important service or policy updates when needed.

• Maintain the safety and integrity of the App, including security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, rate limiting, and debugging.
• Operate and monitor the service (e.g., performance metrics and availability), using log data such as IP addresses and request metadata.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information as follows:

• Authentication Providers: Google and Apple, solely to enable secure sign-in.
• Legal Requirements: When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely on our servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s services. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete your personal data unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

• Backups: We maintain rolling system backups for disaster recovery. Copies of your information may remain in these backups for up to 7 days after you delete your account. Backup data is not used for active processing and is accessible only for disaster-recovery purposes.
• Log retention: Technical server logs (including IP addresses) are retained for up to 30 days to ensure security, investigate incidents, and operate the service, after which they are deleted or aggregated/anonymized.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the App. Deletion removes all data related to you.

1. To be authenticated and inside the app.
2. Navigate to Menu.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Tap Confirm.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older.
